We always do proper inspection of products before packing and dispatching of all our products.

⇒  Exchange can be done in three conditions only as stated below.

⇒  Exchange will be done with the same product only (but only if the product is available).

Condition 1 (Incorrect Size)

Incorrect Size means ordered size and received size are different, in case if you have received wrong size product, then the customer is eligible to get the same product with the different size.

Condition 2 (Different Product)

Different Product means Ordered Product and Received Product are having completely different design or pattern, in case if you have received different product than shown on our website, then the customer is eligible to get the correct product.

(Note: Colour may vary due to different screen types and screen resolutions, in that case product will be not treated as Different Product)

Condition 3 (Damaged Product)

Damaged Product means Product is Received Damaged (cuts or torn) at the time of Delivery, any damaged product received should be informed us immediately after unboxing the product, later any product alteration or damage done by you will be not treated as damaged product and same will be not replaced, in case if have you received damaged product then then the customer is eligible to get the correct product.

(Note: some product needs stitching as per your size after the receiving of product, such stitching charges needs to borne by the customer only and no claim will be accepted for such issues)

Please follow the Easy 3 Step Exchange procedure as mentioned below.

Exchange Procedure.

Step 1. In case you want to exchange any product (subject to fulfilment of above conditions), you have to mail us on helpshubhlaxmiclothing@gmail.com within 48 Hours from the time of receiving the product, you need to clearly mention the problem you are facing with the product, along with some pictures of the product.

(Once we receive your mail, we will verify the details and we will revert back on the same mail for return confirmation, we hold rights to reject your exchange request if we find the request details inappropriate.)

Step 2. After receiving our confirmation mail. Please pack and seal the product in its original packing along with all its original tags, labels and accessories and send the product back to us by any courier service you like on the below given Address. Please mention your Name, Phone Number, Address, Email and Order id on the parcel and the size you needed.

(Please note that courier charges need to borne by you and courier is your responsibility and we will not responsible for any loss of the shipment.)

Step 3. After handling your product to your courier service. Please do not forget to take courier receipt from the courier person and send us the same courier receipt on the reply of our mail.

(After receiving the product, we will verify the product and send the fresh replacement back to you, we will send you the courier details on your mail, but if we found the product which are used, washed and ironed or damaged intentionally for return purpose, we hold rights to refuse the return or exchange of product.)

• Product that are on sale or discounted with a coupon or gift voucher are not eligible for returns, refund, exchange or cancel.
